Red Alert Program gives Caregivers
Peace of Mind
Created by the Lodi Senior Citizen
Commission to ensure that in case a caregiver becomes
ill or injured and needs to be transported by ambulance,
the person they care for will not be neglected.
Forms and a red magnet can be picked
up at the Senior Center, Adult Day Care, the LOEL
Center, the City of Lodi-Finance Department and the
Public Library. Or you can download the form by clicking
here.
Complete the form and return it to the
Senior Center where the information will be sent to

residence that should not be left alone.
