Pool Rules

  1. Please shower prior to entering the pool!
  2. Swim caps required for lap swimmers.
  3. For your safety, please bring CLEAN aqua shoes for use in the shower and pool.
  4. Children must be accompanied by parent and actively participating in class.
  5. Please, no perfumes or cologne!

 

Swimming Pool Class Descriptions

Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Program
A 45 minute NO IMPACT exercise class geared toward the participant with arthritis, recovering from an injury or surgery, but also appropriate for anyone new to exercise. Physician's written approval required.

Conditioning Class
A moderate workout consisting of warm-up, cardiovascular work, muscle strengthening and warm-down. Perfect for an active senior, or a younger adult new to exercise.

Cardio Splash
Our most challenging class targets cardiovascular training, muscle strengthening and overall endurance.

Lifeguard Training, CPR, and First Aid

Pool Use Fees:

60+ years
Permanently disabled
Children (2-17 years)
$2.50 per day 15 visit pass for $25.00
Adults (18-59 years) $3.75 per day 15 visit pass for $43.00
Passes need not be purchased in advance.
A volunteer or lifeguard will be happy to help you before your first class.
