What a great way to celebrate Veterans Day, honoring our veterans of every age with songs of the 40's, 50's, and 60's as well as other patriotic music. Formerly known as the Singing Blue Stars, they were originally singing Blue Star Moms, because the common bond of the members is that they have sons, daughters or other family members who are veterans of the U.S. Military. Some of them have "kids" who served recently in Afghanistan and /or Iraq. Their singing not only helped them to support each other, but has provided a joyous outlet that takes our older Vets and Seniors down "memory lane" once more.
