Stage Specifications
Stage shape is rectangular with an arched apron that extends past the proscenium.

  • Measuring from the downstage edge apex of the apron’s arch to the proscenium is 9’
  • Proscenium to back wall is 34’
  • Proscenium opening is 39’ 6”
  • Proscenium height is approx 20’
  • Wall to wall, upstage of the proscenium is 59’
  • Midstage traveler is 18’ upstage of the proscenium
  • Upstage traveler is 27’ upstage of the proscenium

Orchestra Pit
Removable deck above orchestra pit. The pit is 9’ deep. No lift, risers are available. Approximate capacity of 25.

Fly information
There are a total of 14 movable battens, all approximately 50’ in length.

  • Four of the battens are used for electrics and are operated by chain motors.
  • Three of the battens are used for orchestra shell clouds and are operated by chain motors.
  • The remaining 7 battens are used for soft goods or are free. These battens are operated by a hand crank winch system. The hand crank winch system is very noisy and very slow moving.
  • High steel is at 38’ and is not accessible. Any rigging must be done from existing battens.

Load in/Load out
The loading dock is located on the Oak Street side of Hutchins Street Square. It can be accessed from a driveway off of the parking lot.

The loading dock is 29” high and is adjacent to the scene shop. The loading dock can accommodate 1 truck or trailer at a time.

The scene shop is adjacent to stage. There are ramps throughout building.

Hospitality
Green Room is at stage level with two attached star dressing rooms complete with restrooms and showers. Two large cast dressing rooms are located upstairs, and are complete with restrooms and showers.

Other Available Amenities
