Selecting Seats
The Hutchins Street Square Box Office staff will help you select the best seats possible at the time of purchase.

Hutchins Street Square members receive priority ticketing and may purchase tickets before the general public for Hutchins Street Square Foundation sponsored events. To become a member of the Square click here to review the Membership section of our web site.

Accessible Seating
There are several seating areas in the theatre for people with mobility limitations. Please notify the Box Office of any special needs at the time of your ticket purchase.

Backstage
No one is allowed backstage prior to, during, or after any performance without proper authorization and identification.

Cameras & Recording Devices
Taking photographs or making a recording of and kind during a performance is forbidden. This copyright infringement is strictly enforced.

Flashes from cameras or lights from video recorders can result in on-stage injuries.

Children
It’s not unusual for children to become restless during lengthy performances. Should a child become distracting, you may be asked to wait in the lobby.

A ticket is required for everyone regardless of age. When available, discounts are given for younger audience members.

Concessions
Refreshments are permitted in the theater lobby, but are prohibited in the theater at all times.

Service, Facility & Convenience Fees
A service, facility and convenience fee is added to the price of each ticket sold for performances held at Hutchins Street Square. These fees are applied toward the cost of staffing, ticket printing, software, facility maintenance, depreciation, etc.

A separate receipt noting this fee is available, please ask Box Office personnel at time of purchase.

Theatre Etiquette
Performances start promptly at their scheduled time. Please arrive with plenty of time to park and find your seat.

Latecomers and those who leave their seats during a performance will be seated at the first appropriate pause in the program, as predetermined by house staff and performers.

Please remember to silence pagers, cellular phones, and watches before entering the theater.

Many people are allergic to perfumes. Out of consideration for your fellow audience members, please use perfume and cologne in moderation.

Restrooms
Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located throughout the Square, please ask an usher for restroom locations.
