Facility Fee
A $3 per ticket facility fee is included in the ticket prices listed in this season ticket offering. If you purchase tickets on-line, an additional convenience fee will apply.

Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets unless a performance is cancelled and not replaced. Refunds are only made to the original purchaser. All performers, programs and seating configurations are subject to change without prior notice. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered on previously purchased tickets if a promotional price is offered at a later date.

Tax-deductible Ticket Donations
If you are unable to attend a performance, your tickets may be donated to the Hutchins Street Square Foundation as a tax-deductible contribution. Tickets must be returned to the ticket office no later than two hours in advance of the performance, enabling the Square to make your seats available for resale.

Tickets for Children
Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket and sit in a seat. Many of our performances are not recommended for children under the age of six. Please call the Square Box Office for information about shows appropriate for younger audiences.

Group Sales-Foundation Sponsored Events Only
For groups of 10 or more, please ask for our group discount of 10%. The discount only applies to performances underwritten by the Hutchins Street Square Foundation.

Gift Certificates
Hutchins Street Square Gift Certificates can be redeemed toward the purchase of tickets for any public performance presented at the Square. Certificates may also be redeemed toward the registration price of any of the arts classes held at the Square, or toward any gift box available for sale. Gift Certificates have no expiration date and must be presented at the time of redemption.

Restrooms
Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located throughout the Square, please ask an usher for restroom locations.

Selecting Seats
The Hutchins Street Square Box Office staff will help you select the best seats possible at the time of purchase.

Accessible Seating
There are several seating areas in the theatre for people with mobility limitations. Please notify the Box Office of any special needs at the time of your ticket purchase.

Concessions
Refreshments are permitted in the theater lobby, but are prohibited in the theater at all times.
