The Lodi Senior Citizens' Commission was established by the Lodi City Council and charged with the mission to advise the Council on issues related to senior citizens and aging in Lodi.

The Commission is governed by a body of seven volunteers (commissioners) who are appointed by the Mayor to serve three-year terms. The commissioners meet monthly, usually on the third Thursday, at Hutchins Street Square.
